Es un libro escrito por una de las grandes de la divulgaci\u00f3n vin\u00edcola mundial, Jancis Robinson, respetada y respetable Master of Wine, que se ha convertido en una maestra de la comunicaci\u00f3n y de la divulgaci\u00f3n, de las que estamos tan necesitados. Adem\u00e1s el libro est\u00e1 prologado y revisado por su hombre de confianza en Espa\u00f1a, Ferr\u00e1n Centelles, el sumiller de El Bulli, que adem\u00e1s es tambi\u00e9n otro gran divulgador. Pod\u00e9is leer en este mismo blog la rese\u00f1a que hicimos de su memorable <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/ybuenvino.com\/index.php\/2020\/12\/14\/que-vino-con-este-pato-el-maridaje-by-centelles\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 vino con este pato?\u00a0<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lo que encontramos en sus p\u00e1ginas son nociones b\u00e1sicas sobre viticultura y tambi\u00e9n sobre el disfrute del vino para el ciudadano medio: tips sobre c\u00f3mo elegir un vino, c\u00f3mo tomarlo, indicaciones b\u00e1sicas de cata. Todo con un lenguaje accesible, divulgativo, con profusi\u00f3n de glosarios, esquemas, ilustraciones, para que quede todo claro. Tampoco falta sentido del humor, muy British, of course. En un cuadro titulado \u201cLo que su elecci\u00f3n dice de usted\u201d, afirma: \u201cVinos ingleses\/canadienses: patriota ingl\u00e9s\/canadiense\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El libro te lo calzas en una sentada. Si ya sabes algo de vinos, nunca viene mal repasar y cotejar alg\u00fan punto de vista original.
