{"id":497,"date":"2020-12-31T19:51:52","date_gmt":"2020-12-31T19:51:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ybuenvino.com\/?p=497"},"modified":"2021-02-13T20:11:06","modified_gmt":"2021-02-13T20:11:06","slug":"somm-maestros-sumilleres-del-mundo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ybuenvino.com\/index.php\/2020\/12\/31\/somm-maestros-sumilleres-del-mundo\/","title":{"rendered":"SOMM: Maestros sumilleres del mundo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Es un documental sobre un grupo de j\u00f3venes, aunque sobradamente preparados sumilleres, aspirantes a ser <strong>Masters Sommeliers<\/strong>, es decir, a formar parte del muy reducido grupo de expertos vin\u00edcolas a los que se van a rifar bodegas, restaurantes y firmas relacionadas con el vino por todo el mundo.<\/p>\n<p>No esperes aprender mucho sobre vino con el documental, pero si adentrarte en el mundo, a veces obsesivo y siempre placentero, de los expertos catadores. Sus vidas giran en torno al vino: familia, estudios, amigos y ocio est\u00e1n regados por una pasi\u00f3n arrolladora por los buenos caldos y una \u00fanica meta, pasar la prueba para la que llevan a\u00f1os prepar\u00e1ndose.<\/p>\n<p>La peli deja muy claro el alt\u00edsimo nivel de exigencia de este examen que s\u00f3lo logran pasar unos pocos. Deben tener conocimientos te\u00f3ricos enciclop\u00e9dicos sobre el vino y ser capaces de describir e identificar con precisi\u00f3n seis vinos, tres tintos y tres blancos, en menos de media hora. Que sean capaces de identificar bodegas y a\u00f1adas, me parece cosa de meigas, pero ah\u00ed los tienes con un alt\u00edsimo nivel de acierto.<\/p>\n<p>En el plano m\u00e1s narrativo, el documental sigue a tres candidatos durante los d\u00edas previos al examen y somos testigos de sus miedos ante la prueba y tambi\u00e9n del tit\u00e1nico esfuerzo que han hecho para prepararla.
